“The design placed special emphasis on sustainability. The roofs of the recessed sections will be transformed into rooftop gardens visible from the street. This creates a green streetscape and helps increase biodiversity. The building has a stepped form that complies with current urban planning regulations. On the Boentweg side, this allows light and air to reach all the way down to street level.”

For this project, a custom-colored Cominotto Terrazzo tile was developed for the spacious, impressive entrance hall and the staircases.
In addition, Revigres ceramic tiles were selected for the numerous restrooms. Our Portuguese manufacturer not only offers the highest quality but also meets the aesthetic and technical requirements for this beautiful yet functional building.
The selection was made from the Cromatica series, a collection used for both floor and wall tiles in a 10×10 format, and the Locus series in a 90×90 format.

For the dresssing room, warm tones from the Italian manufacturer EnergieKer were chosen, known for its extensive range of many different looks and sizes, as well as its technical expertise, quality, and low-maintenance tiles.
Both manufacturers meet the strictest European standards.
In a later phase, we will add more detailed photos to our portfolio so that this project can appeal even more to the imagination.
